Cherie has been a valued member of the team since day one when BME first opened, bringing many years of experience and a friendly, organised approach to her role. She is dedicated to ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing support to both the team and clients every step of the way.

What Cherie enjoys most about her role is the strong sense of teamwork within the office. She values the supportive and collaborative environment, describing her colleagues as more like family than simply workmates. This close-knit culture helps create a welcoming experience for clients and contributes to the high level of service BME is known for.

Outside of work, Cherie enjoys spending quality time with her three grandsons, taking long walks along the beach or through the bush, and making the most of a quiet, relaxing weekend whenever she can.
